North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) provides extensive community and mental health services for people living in the London boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge and Waltham Forest, as well as Essex and Kent.
The challenge
The Trust had to manage a large number of devices and servers across multiple locations.
Managing a large backup estate added further complexity and risk to day-to-day operations.
NELFT needed to ensure 24x7x365 availability of its IT systems across a wide geographic footprint.
